I authorize ZenPet, LLC to use my house key and/or code during the time they will be caring for my pet(s).
In the event that ZenPet, LLC is required to employ a locksmith to gain entry into my premises due to malfunction of the lock, key or failure to leave a key, it shall be the Client’s responsibility to pay for any expenses incurred.
ZenPet, LLC maintains the integrity and security of our client’s privacy and security.
